Prior to founding Solis Public Affairs in November 2024, Jessica held the role of Senior Vice President at Strategic Elements, a renowned public affairs and communications firm. At Strategic Elements, she contributed to nationally recognized campaigns, applying her expertise to design, manage, and elevate complex advocacy efforts. Jessica’s role underscored her ability to craft strategies that align with her clients’ goals, mobilizing extensive field operations and engagement initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences. Her work there reflected her knack for strengthening relationships across sectors and building coalitions that amplify clients' voices.
Before her tenure at Strategic Elements, Jessica spent over a decade running her own successful independent consultancy in Washington, D.C. Leading her firm, she developed national and state-based advocacy campaigns for a variety of clients, including top national trade associations, global healthcare leaders, and major patient advocacy organizations. Known for her strategic insight and hands-on approach, she built and managed a broad network of skilled consultants, former legislators, and seasoned operatives to drive her clients’ policy objectives forward. Her work earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and relationship builder who could skillfully navigate intricate issues and design campaigns with measurable impact.
Jessica’s career also includes formative experiences with notable agencies such as Direct Impact and Bravo Group in Pennsylvania, where she innovated new public affairs programs, executed grassroots and stakeholder engagement strategies, and launched initiatives to mobilize support on critical policy matters.
